The Auto Allocation functionality is a feature that simplifies the management of leave allocations. When enabled, this feature ensures:

Automatically provide prorated leave allocations to new employees upon joining.

Automatically assign the default annual leave allocation at the start of each leave year.
⚠️ By default, Auto Allocation is disabled. You can enable it by following the steps below.
Step 1: Access Business Settings
- Navigate to the Business Settings located on the left side panel.
Step 2: Locate the Leave Type Settings

In the menu, go to Leave.
- Under the Leave section, select Leave Type.

Step 3: Edit Annual Leave

- Find Annual Leave in the list of leave types.

Scroll to the bottom of the Annual Leave settings and click Edit.
Step 4: Enable Auto Allocation

Check the box for Enable Auto Allocation.
- Scroll down and click Save Changes.
✅ Once enabled, from the start of the next leave year cycle, all employees with this leave type will automatically receive their Default Annual Allocation without requiring manual action.
