Enter your login credentials to access your Yomly profile.
Step 2: Navigate to Leave Allocations
From the dashboard, on the left-side Main Menu.
Go to Settings.
Select Leaves.
Click on Leave Allocations.
You will be directed to the Leave Allocations page where you can see all the Leave groups where you can allocate the leaves manually.

On the Leave Allocations screen, locate the Leave Group dropdown.
Select the appropriate leave group for which you want to allocate annual leave.
Only employees assigned to the selected leave group will be displayed.
Step 4: Select the Calendar Year

Please ensure that the correct year is selected before proceeding with the allocation.
NOTE: Leave allocations will be applied only to the selected calendar year.
Allocating Leave
Option A: Allocating Leave individually for an Employee
Locate the employee’s name in the list.
Click the '+ Create Allocation' button displayed across from the employee’s name.
This will create the annual leave allocation for that specific employee.
Option B: Allocate Leave for All Employees in the Leave Group
Scroll down to the bottom of the employee list.
Click on Create All Allocations.
This will automatically create annual leave allocations for all employees within the selected leave group.
Once the allocation is created, this leave balance will be reflected in the employee’s leave dashboard for the selected year.
