Viewing your salary information and downloading payslips

You can view all information related to your compensation, such as your current salary breakup, previous payslips, cost centres you are associated with, your bank details, and more.

To view your salary information, do the following:

  1. In the sidebar, in the My HR section, click Profile.

    In your profile, the Employment tab is displayed by default.

  2. Go to the Salary tab.

  3. Using the navigation bar on the left, go to any of the following tabs to view the required information:

    Tab Description

    Salary

    Displays your compensation breakup, which is the distribution of your salary across different categories depending on your compensation package.

    You can view both the monthly salary and the projected annual salary for each category.

    Payslips

    Lets you view and download your payslips from previous pay runs.

    You can click a payslip to view it, or click download in the upper-right corner to download it as a PDF file.

    Cost center

    Lists all cost centres to which you are assigned and your percentage distribution across them.

    Bank details

    Displays the details of your bank account for salary transfer.

    You can click your account name to view the details. To update your bank details, click Edit in the upper-right corner and enter the new details. Your HR or payroll team will need to approve your changes.

    Based on your company policies, your bank details might be locked. You might have to first click Request unlock in the upper-right corner and upload your a bank clearance document.

    Your company policies might also prevent you from directly updating your bank details in Yomly. You might need to provide your line manager, or HR or payroll team with your new bank details offline (as only they might have the permissions to add bank details to the platform).
