How to initiate a Password recovery email

If your Yomly account has already been activated but you are still unable to log in or reset your password, please contact your HR team.
They can verify whether your account is still active in the system. If it is active, request them to initiate a password reset or provide a temporary password to log in.

 

Steps for HR Admin to Reset an Employee’s Password::

  1. Click on View.

  2. Search for the employee and open their profile by clicking View.

  3. In the employee’s profile, select the Account tab.



  4. Under the Send password recovery email row, click Send.



  5. The employee will receive an email at their registered email address containing a link. By clicking this link, they can create a new password.
