Adding and updating your qualifications

You can add the details of your academic qualifications and certifications to the Yomly platform. This enables your organization to maintain up-to-date records

To add a certificate, do the following:

  1. In the sidebar, in the My HR section, click Profile.

    In your profile, the Employment tab is displayed by default.

  2. Go to the Qualifications tab.

  3. Click + Add New Certificate.

  4. Upload your certificate as a document (PDF file) or picture (PNG, SVG, or JPG file). To do this, use drag-and-drop or click the box to browse and manually select the document that you want to upload.

  5. Enter the details of the certificate.

  6. Click Save.

The certificate is saved and listed in the Qualifications tab.

In the Qualifications tab, you can also do the following:

Task Procedure
View the details or certificate associated with a qualification

Click the name of a qualification listed in the tab to display its details.

Edit the details of a qualification

To edit the details of a qualification, do the following:

  1. Click the name of the qualification you want to edit to display its details.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Update the required details.
  4. Click Save.
Delete a qualification

To delete a qualification, do the following:

  1. Click the name of the qualification you want to delete to display its details.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. In the warning, click Yes.
