Viewing your employment details

In the Employment tab on your profile, you can view your employment details, such as the start date of employment, internal employee code, end of service tier, working pattern, leave group, dependents eligibility, and more.

This tab displays the following information:

Field Description
Job Title

Your current and previous job titles with the effective dates and employment grade, if any

Leave approver

The employee who approves your leave requests.

For example, your leave approver could be your line manager or someone from your HR team.

Business email address

Your official business email.

This is also the email you use to log in to the platform.

Business phone number Your official business phone
Employment start date Start date of your employment at the organization
Internal employee code Your internal employee code, which is based on your organizational policies
Employment status

Your current employment status, which could be any of the following:

  • Active
  • Inactive
  • Leaving
  • Pending
  • Declined
  • Draft

If an employee has resigned or is terminated and therefore has a last working date configured, the status is automatically updated to Leaving. After the employee leaves the organization, their status becomes Inactive.

Employee end date

If you have resigned or are terminated, your last working date is displayed in this field.

Contract type

Your contract type based on your employment contract, which could be any of the following:

  • Consultant
  • Contractor
  • Full Time
  • Limited
  • Outsourced
  • Part-time
  • Temporary Contract
  • Unlimited
Residency visa location

The location of your UAE residence visa.

Your platform admin can hide this field from employee profiles if it isn't applicable.

Working Pattern

Your working pattern, which are the set of rules and policies that define how you work.

Leave group

Your leave group, which determines both how your leave allowance is provided to you (whether you accrue your leave or if it is assigned as a recurring allocation) and how much leave allowance you have.

Maximum no. of eligible dependents

The maximum number of dependents for whom you can receive dependents' benefits based on your employment contract.

You can add, edit, and view details of your dependents, if applicable, in the Dependents tab.

ID Number

Your national ID number, such as CPR card, Emirates ID, or any other ID number based on your country of employment.

Your platform admin can hide this field from employee profiles if it isn't required based on your organization's policies.

Notice period

The number of days of notice you would need to serve if you separate from the organization.

The number defined in this field isn't related to your employment cycle within the organization.
