Updating your personal information

Your personal information includes details such as your full name, residential address, personal phone and email contact details, emergency contacts, your spouse's information, and more.

Initially, when you gain access to the platform, one of your first tasks is to ensure that your personal information is up to date. You can return to your profile and update your personal information at any time if your information changes.

To update your personal information, do the following:

    1. In the sidebar, in the My HR section, click Profile.

      In your profile, the Employment tab is displayed by default.

    2. Go to the Personal tab.

    3. In the upper-right corner of the tab, click Edit.

    4. Enter the pending details in your profile.

    5. Click Save.

Adding contacts

You can add additional contacts, such as emergency contacts, to your profile even if you aren't viewing your profile in edit mode.

To add a contact, do the following:

  1. Go to the Contacts section (by scrolling to the bottom of the Personal tab).

  2. On the right side, click + Add New Contact.

  3. Enter the details of the contact.

  4. Click Save.

The contact is saved and displayed in the Contacts section.

Updating your profile picture

If your profile picture is not available, the default profile picture, which is a simple icon with only your initials, is displayed.

You can replace your default or custom profile picture even if you aren't viewing your profile in edit mode. Do the following:

  1. Hover over the profile picture in your contact card.

    The icon-1.png (Edit) icon is displayed.

  2. Click the icon.

  3. Browse your folders and upload the required profile picture.

    Users with the required permissions can only replace profile pictures.

    If you need to remove a profile picture entirely or have additional questions, please contact your account manager, submit a request, or send us an email.
