If your Yomly account has already been activated but you are still unable to log in or reset your password, please contact your HR team.
They can verify whether your account is still active in the system. If it is active, request them to initiate a password reset or provide a temporary password to log in.
Steps for HR Admin to Generate Temporary Password :

Click on View.

Search for the employee and open their profile by clicking View.
- In the employee’s profile, select the Account tab.
- Click Generate new password.
- A temporary password will be generated — share this with the employee.
- The employee can now log in to the Business URL using their registered email and the temporary password.
Notes
This password is valid for 10 days only. Please ensure the employee resets their password within this period to maintain access.
