To view profiles of other employees, you can do the following:
-
In the sidebar, in the Employees section, click View.
Your organization's employee directory (the View Employees page), which lists all employees whose profiles you are allowed to view, is displayed. This depends on the permissions configured for your business.
For example, if employees in your organization are only allowed to view profiles of other employees from their own division, then your employee directory wouldn't list employees from other divisions.
-
Find the employee whose profile you want to view. You can do this in any of the following ways:
-
Scroll through the list until you find the required employee.
-
Filter the list based on the values of any column (Divisions, Teams, Locations, or Status). To do this, click the (filter) icon next to the column's name and select one or multiple attributes from the menu.
You can also filter the list based on more than one column.
-
Search for the required employee. To do this, do the following:
-
Click the (filter) icon in the Employee column.
-
In the menu, start typing the name, internal employee code, or email of the required employee in the Employee field.
-
-
-
Click the name of the employee or click View on the right side (in the Actions column) to go to the employee's profile.
Employee profiles only display the information that you are allowed to view based on your access level and the custom permissions configured for your business.
For example, as an employee, you might only be able to view the contact card of other employees when viewing their profiles, but managers might be allowed to view the Employment tab when viewing profiles of direct reports.
