No, for security and audit reasons, you cannot delete employee records from the platform.
If you have created duplicate profiles, you can deactivate the additional profiles to remove them.
To deactivate a profile, do the following:

Go to the duplicate employee profile that you want to deactivate. Do the following:

In the sidebar, in the Employees section, click View.

On the View employees page, click the name of the employee whose profile you want to deactivate.
In the employee's profile, the Employment tab is displayed by default.

In the upper-right corner of the profile, click Edit profile.

In Employment end date, enter the date from which you want to deactivate the profile.

At the bottom of the page, click Save.
