You can define the end of service benefits (gratuity) that your organization offers to employees using end of service tiers. You can create multiple end of service tiers for your business on factors such as employment contract type, length of service, local laws in different work locations, and more.
You can assign end of service tiers to employees either when adding employees to the platform or at any other time from employee profiles.
To change the assigned end of service tier for an employee from their profile, do the following:

If it doesn't already exist, create and configure the end of service tier that you want to assign to the employee.

Open the employee's profile. Do the following:

In the sidebar, in the Employees section, click View.

On the View employees page, click the name of the employee whose end of service tier you want to change.
By default, the employee profile displays the Employment tab, which displays all available employment information of the employee.

In the upper-right corner of the profile, click Edit profile.
You can now edit the values of the fields in the Employment tab.

In the End of service tier drop-down menu, select your new end of service tier.

At the bottom of the page, click Save.
The new end of service tier is assigned to the employee.
