Yomly provides you with a permission setting to enable you to change the branding on payslips.
You can customize the payslip template so that the logo and address displayed on an employee's payslip depends on the branding configured for their organizational unit (OU).
In this tutorial, you will learn how to enable the preference setting that lets you generate customized payslips for each OU.
Recommended initial tasks
- Set up your organization chart completely before working with this permission setting.
- Test your customization on the UAT platform first.
To enable custom payslip branding, do the following:
In the sidebar, in the Business section, click Settings.
Go to the Preferences tab.
Click Business Payroll to expand the section.
Click Payslip-New-Branding to view the preferences that you can set.
Select the enabled checkbox.
OU-based payslip branding and addressing is enabled.
When this behaviour is enabled, employee payslips contain the logo and the main address of their OU.
