Editing payroll information for employees

You can configure payroll information for employees either at the time of adding them to the platform or edit the details later at any other time from employee profiles.

When editing employee payroll information, you can add or edit personal details such as government labour IDs, internal reference IDs, and more. You can also assign one or multiple payroll groups to employees, which includes the employees in the required pay runs.

To edit an employee's payroll details from their profile, do the following:

  1. Open the employee's profile. Do the following:

    1. In the sidebar, in the Employees section, click View.
