What Employees Experience After This Is Set
Employees who are not part of the selected audience groups will not see the restricted letter type in the request list.
Only eligible employees can submit requests for the specified letter type.
This ensures letters are requested only by the intended audience.
Validation and Error Message Behavior
If an employee outside the allowed group tries to access a restricted letter type:
The letter type will not be visible in the request options.
The system prevents unauthorized letter submissions automatically.
This restriction applies only to the selected letter type.
Employees must be correctly assigned to the relevant groups for the restriction to work.
Changes take effect immediately after saving.
Best Practices
Use audience restrictions for letters meant for specific roles, locations, or departments.
