This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to integrate your Yomly Business Calendar with Google Calendar, allowing HR calendar events to be viewed directly in Google Calendar.
Limitations
The Yomly calendar feed displays HR calendar events for all employees in the business.
It is not possible to filter or customize the calendar view by specific teams, departments, or employees.
Prerequisites
Access to generate API keys in Yomly
A Google account with access to Google Calendar
Step 1: Generate API Key and API Secret
Log in to the Yomly platform.
Follow the instructions in the article below to generate an API Key and API Key ID:
How to Generate an API Key-
Make a note of the following:
API Key (long string)
API Key ID (short string)
Step 2: Create the Calendar Feed URL
Copy the API Key and API Key ID generated in Step 1.

Replace the values in the URL below with your actual keys:
https://k8.yomly.com/feeds/calendar?api_key=apikeylong&key_id=apikeyid
Example:
Replace apikeylong with the API Key
Replace apikeyid with the API Key ID
This URL will be used to map the Yomly calendar feed to Google Calendar.
Step 3: Add the Yomly Calendar to Google Calendar
Open your browser and go to https://calendar.google.com
Log in using your Google credentials.
In Google Calendar, locate Other calendars on the left panel.
Click the + icon next to Other calendars.
Select From URL.
Paste the calendar feed URL created in Step 2.
Click Add Calendar.

The calendar will be added immediately, but:
It may take up to 24 hours for all Yomly calendar events to fully sync and appear.
All HR calendar events from Yomly will be visible once synchronization is complete.
