When there is no active Job Title assigned to an Employee
Reason
- No Job Title is assigned.
- Job title has a configured End Date, which has expired.
- Employee's "Employment end date" has been set and "Employment Status" is Inactive.
Procedure
Follow the given procedure to add an active Job Title.

- Navigate to the Employee's Profile.
- Click on "Edit profile" button.

- Under the Employment Tab, Check for the Job Title:
- If the current Job Title is expired, and need to extend the same Job Title further.
Kindly update the "EFFECTIVE TO" date with the known future date. - If the future date is unknown, Kindly click on "x" button. Click on the "+" button and Select the Job Title and set the "EFFECTIVE FROM" date as per the record. Don't set the "EFFECTIVE TO" date, leave it blank.
- If there is a change in the Job Title, click on "+" button to add the new Job Title.
Please don't pick any date for "EFFECTIVE TO" if the Job Title duration is not known.
- If the current Job Title is expired, and need to extend the same Job Title further.
- Click on the "Save" button.
Once the above steps are completed, you can refresh the page to see the newly added "Job Title" for an Employee.
