After adding employees and making their profiles active, you can send them welcome emails to invite them to use the platform.
The welcome email contains a link (with limited validity) to the web application. Employees can navigate to the platform using the activation link in their welcome email only until the link expires.
As a platform admin, you can resend the welcome email to any employee from their profile. This generates a new platform access link.
To return to the platform easily after the link in their welcome email expires, employees can bookmark your business URL URL after signing in.
To send an employee their welcome email, do the following:

Go to the profile of the employee to whom you want to send the welcome email. Do the following:

In the sidebar, in the Employees section, click View.

On the View employees page, click the name of the employee.
In the employee's profile, the Employment tab is displayed by default.

Go to the Account tab.

Next to Send welcome email, click Send.
The welcome email is sent to the employee.
