How to Update the Portal Logo

As an HR Admin, you have the ability to change or update the portal logo. Follow the steps below:


Access Required: HR Admin


Steps to Update the Portal Logo

  1. Log in to your Yomly business  URL.
  2. Navigate to Business → Settings.

  3. Under General, select Business and click Edit Business.

  4. Locate the Portal Logo section:
    • Click Browse and select the image you wish to upload.
  5. Click Save to apply the changes.

Notes

The Portal Logo appears in the top-left corner of the platform after login.

Additional Information

  • Background Image: This is the image displayed on your login screen.
  • Logo: This is the logo shown above the username and password fields on the login screen.
    • Important: Only the Helpdesk team can update this logo.
    • To request an update, raise a ticket by emailing help@yomly.com  with the new logo attached.
