Yes. You can set any working pattern as the default working pattern for your business when doing the following:
Setting a new working pattern as the default one for your business
When creating a new working pattern, you can do the following to set it as the default one for your business:

In the sidebar, in the Business section, click Settings.

Go to General > Working Pattern.
All working patterns created for your business are displayed.

Click + Add Working Pattern.
The Add Working Pattern page, in which you can configure your new working pattern, is displayed.

When configuring your new working pattern, select the Make this the default working pattern check box.

After entering all the required details of the working pattern, click Generate pattern.
The generated pattern (calendar) is displayed.

Make adjustments to your new working pattern (if required) and then click Create work pattern.

In the confirmation message, click Yes.
Your new working pattern is created and set as the default working pattern for the business.
Setting an existing working pattern as the default one for your business
When editing an existing working pattern, you can do the following to set it as the default one for your business:

In the sidebar, in the Business section, click Settings.

Go to General > Working Pattern.
All working patterns created for your business are displayed.

On the right side of the working pattern that you want to set as the default one for your business, click the (edit) icon.
You can edit the configured details of the working pattern.

Select the Make this the default working pattern check box.

After making any additional changes to the working pattern, if required, click Save.

In the confirmation message, click Yes.
The working pattern is set as the default working pattern for the business.
