As a platform or payroll admin, you should be able to view end of service projections in the End of service tab in the Movements tab in employee profiles.
If you are unable to view this information in an employee's profile, it might be because the employee does not have an assigned end of service tier.
To assign an end of service tier to the employee, do the following:

If it doesn't already exist, create an end of service tier that defines the gratuity benefits that you want to view for the employee:

In your business settings, go to the Payroll > End of service tab.
This page lists the end of service tiers available for your business.

Click + Add end of service tier.

Depending on the end of service benefits that your organization offers employees, configure the end of service tier by entering the required details and click Save.

In the profile of the employee whose end of service projections you are unable to view, go to the Employment tab.

In the upper-right corner of the profile, click Edit profile.

In the End of service tier drop-down menu, select the end of service tier.

At the bottom of the page, click Save.

Go to the Movements > End of service tab to view the employee's end of service projection.

Note that the end of service projections displayed in employee profiles is merely an indicative value intended to enable employees to estimate their end of service benefits.
