Step by Step Guide
- Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
- Go to the MAIN MENU > BUSINESS > ORGANISATION MANAGEMENT > ROLES
- Click ‘Create Role’
- Fill out all the mandatory fields:
- Title
- Number of positions or headcount
- A short description of the role
- Span on control which limits the authority for this position
- Select the stage and type of qualification required
- A short description of the selected stage
- Performance indicator
- Save
