Step by Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
  2. Go to the MAIN MENU > BUSINESS > ORGANISATION MANAGEMENT > ROLES
  3. Click ‘Create Role’
  4. Fill out all the mandatory fields:
    • Title
    • Number of positions or headcount
    • A short description of the role
    • Span on control which limits the authority for this position
    • Select the stage and type of qualification required
    • A short description of the selected stage
    • Performance indicator
  5. Save
