Step by Step Guide
- Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
- Go to the MAIN MENU > BUSINESS > ORGANISATION MANAGEMENT > ORGANISATION
- Select the organisation unit you need to assign a manager to
- Click 'Edit Organisation'
- Select 'Employee List'
- If the new line manager is part of the same organisation unit:
- Click the 3 dots across the employee's name
- Select 'Make Line Manager'
- If the line manager is from a different organisation unit:
- Type the last name in the search field
- Select 'Assign Manager'
- Close
NOTE: Line Manager, Direct Report and Department changes SHOULD be done from the organisation chart and not from the employee's profile
