Step by Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
  2. Go to the MAIN MENU > BUSINESS > ORGANISATION MANAGEMENT > ORGANISATION
  3. Select the organisation unit you need to assign a manager to
  4. Click 'Edit Organisation'
  5. Select 'Employee List'
  6. If the new line manager is part of the same organisation unit:
    • Click the 3 dots across the employee's name
    • Select 'Make Line Manager'
  7. If the line manager is from a different organisation unit:
    • Type the last name in the search field
    • Select 'Assign Manager'
  8. Close

NOTE: Line Manager, Direct Report and Department changes SHOULD be done from the organisation chart and not from the employee's profile
