Step by Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
  2. Go to the MAIN MENU > BUSINESS > ORGANISATION MANAGEMENT > ORGANISATION
  3. Each organisation unit has 1 manager who will automatically be assigned as the line manager of the employees in the said unit
  4. To assign:
    • Using the search field, type the last name of the employee
    • Click 'Assign'
    • The employee's profile will be updated and will reflect the new line manager
  5. Then 'Save'

NOTE: Line Manager, Direct Report and Department changes SHOULD be done from the organisation chart and not from the employee's profile
