Step by Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
  2. Go to the MAIN MENU > SETTINGS > ORGANISATION > EMPLOYEE GRADES
  3. Click 'Add Employee Grade'
  4. Enter the name then save
  5. Click the edit icon
  6. Add details as applicable such as specific allowances and benefits
  7. Save

NOTE: The employee grade can now be linked to any employee under the employment tab in their respective profile. To learn more about Profile Management, check out our Knowledge Hub.
