Step by Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
  2. Go to the MAIN MENU > SETTINGS > ORGANISATION
  3. Select 'Audience'
  4. To add:
    • Click 'Create Audience'
    • Enter the name
    • Select the application area/s where you'd like the audience group to be made available
    • Enter a short description
    • Use the filter options to choose the group/employee accordingly. You can choose multiple filters at one time to help customize based on requirement.
    • Save
  5. To edit:
    • Click the audience group that needs to be edited
    • Click 'Edit Audience'
    • Make the necessary changes
    • Save
  6. To delete:
    • Click the audience group that needs to be deleted
    • Click 'Delete'
