If your business doesn’t require employees to track attendance through the Yomly portal, you can disable the Clock-In/Clock-Out buttons in system settings as an HR Admin.
This guide walks you through the steps to enable or disable the Clock-In/Clock-Out buttons using the Time and Attendance License preference.

Steps to Hide or Show Clock-In/Clock-Out Buttons:
Start by navigating to the Settings section of your admin dashboard.
In the settings menu, click on Preferences to access configuration options for your business.
Within Preferences, scroll down and locate the 'Time and Attendance' Section
Under the Time and Attendance section, locate the preference named time_and_attendance_license. This setting manages the availability of time tracking features for your business.
Disable or Enable the Clock-In/Clock-Out Buttons from this settings option.
To hide the Clock-In and Clock-Out buttons, uncheck the Time and Attendance License option.
To show or re-enable the buttons, check the option and make sure to save your changes.
✅ Once updated, the interface will reflect the change immediately based on your selection.
