Step by Step Guide
- Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
- Go to the MAIN MENU > SETTINGS > ONBOARDING
- Select 'Onboarding'
- To add:
- Click 'Add task'
- Enter the title of the task
- A short message to describe the task
- Select the assignee which could be a specific employee, a department, the employee's manager, HR or the employee
- Set the deadline in days before or after the workflow is initiated
- Save
- To edit:
- Select the tasks that needs to be edited
- Click 'Edit'
- Make the necessary changes
- Save
- To delete:
- Select the tasks that needs to be deleted
- Click 'Delete'
NOTE: The onboarding tasks will only be assigned once the onboarding workflow is initiated from the employee's profile. Check 'How to activate the onboarding workflow for a new joiner?' to learn more.
