How to set-up onboarding tasks?

How to set-up Onboarding Tasks.png

Step by Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
  2. Go to the MAIN MENU > SETTINGS > ONBOARDING
  3. Select 'Onboarding'
  4. To add:
    • Click 'Add task'
    • Enter the title of the task
    • A short message to describe the task
    • Select the assignee which could be a specific employee, a department, the employee's manager, HR or the employee
    • Set the deadline in days before or after the workflow is initiated
    • Save
  5. To edit:
    • Select the tasks that needs to be edited
    • Click 'Edit'
    • Make the necessary changes
    • Save
  6. To delete:
    • Select the tasks that needs to be deleted
    • Click 'Delete'

NOTE: The onboarding tasks will only be assigned once the onboarding workflow is initiated from the employee's profile. Check 'How to activate the onboarding workflow for a new joiner?' to learn more.
