Step by Step Guide
- Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
- Go to the MAIN MENU > BUSINESS > ORGANISATION MANAGEMENT > ORGANISATION
- Select the organisation unit or department you need to move an employee to
- Click 'Edit Organisation'
- Select 'Employee List'
- Type the employee's last name in the search field and click 'Assign Employee'
- Select the employee's previous organisation unit or department. Unassign employee.
- The employee's profile will be automatically updated to reflect the new department
- Close
NOTE: Refresh the employee's profile to verify the new organisation unit or department. Do not forget to unassign the employee from the previous organisation unit to avoid having duplicate line managers and organisation units in the profile.
