How to manage organisation chart details?

Step by Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
  2. Go to the MAIN MENU > BUSINESS > ORGANISATION MANAGEMENT > ORGANISATION
  3. Select the organisation unit. Here you can:
    • Edit Organisation
    • See Details
    • Create Sub-Organisation
    • Duplicate; or
    • Export
  4. Click 'Edit' to make changes to the following:
    • Organisation Details
    • Employees List
    • Contact; or
    • Description
  5. Save

NOTE: Line Manager, Direct Report and Department changes SHOULD be done from the organisation chart and not from the employee's profile.
