How do I change the payslip template configured for my business?

As a platform admin, you can select a different payslip template from your business settings. Do the following:

1. In the sidebar, in the Business section, click Settings.

   

2. Go to the Payroll > Payroll tab.

3. In the upper-right corner, click Edit payroll.

   

4. In the Payslip template drop-down menu, select your preferred payslip template.

   

   You can select Template - 4 to additionally display the year to date (YTD) earnings of employees in their salary payslips.

   

5. At the bottom of the page, click Save.
