Payrun Error : Script execution timeout

Issue

When creating a payrun, you may receive a failure for an employee with the error:
“Script execution timeout”

Reason

This occurs when the system times out due to the volume of data it needs to process.

Resolution Steps

1. Verify Salaries

   • Ensure that salaries have been calculated for all staff included in the payrun.

2. Requery the Payrun

   • Open the payrun and perform a requery.

3. Check Status

   • If successful: Proceed with completing the payrun.

   • If still failing: Email help@yomly.com with:

     • A screenshot of the error

     • The name of the affected payrun
