Introduction
Yomly can identify when additional requisitions need to be raised by using a combination of the following:
- The head count authorized for each job role
- Employee movement records (such as termination)
- Currently in-train requisitions
If you enable the required preference setting, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows can create additional requisitions based on the data available in the platform.
Although requisitions are automatically raised when this preference is enabled, they are not automatically approved. The standard customer pipeline, which normally needs to be tweaked, is followed after the requisition is created.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to enable automatic generation of requisitions,
Procedure
To enable auto-generation of requisitions, do the following:

In the sidebar, in the Business section, click Settings.

Go to the Preferences tab.

Click Recruitment to expand the section.

Click Requisition Auto-generate to view the preferences that you can set.

Enable the enabled checkbox.

Click Save.
Drivers for calculating whether a requisition is required
Yomly calculates whether a new requisition needs to be raised based on the following drivers:
- Approved head count for each job role.
- Number of active employees in each job role
- Termination records
- Number of requisitions active currently
