Step by Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
  2. Go to the MAIN MENU > SETTINGS > DOCUMENTS > DOCUMENTS TYPES
  3. When creating a new required document:
    • Fill in the fields
    • Set it up as 'Required'
    • Enable 'Expiry Date'
    • Save & Activate
  4. When updating an existing required document:
    • Select the document 
    • Enable 'Expiry Date'
    • Save & Activate

NOTE: The system will now mark the expiry date as a mandatory field when an employee uploads the required document.
