Step by Step Guide
- Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
- Go to the MAIN MENU > DOCUMENTS > MY FOLDERS
- Click 'Add', then 'Add Folder'
- Enter the folder name
- Enter a short description
- Select the audience group to share it with
- Set folder access - View, Upload, Update or Delete
- Save
NOTE: Once done, employees in the selected audience group will see any documents saved in this folder under their 'Shared With Me' tab.
