How to Share Documents with Employees.png

Step by Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
  2. Go to the MAIN MENU > DOCUMENTS > MY FOLDERS
  3. Click 'Add', then 'Add Folder'
  4. Enter the folder name
  5. Enter a short description
  6. Select the audience group to share it with
  7. Set folder access - View, Upload, Update or Delete
  8. Save

NOTE: Once done, employees in the selected audience group will see any documents saved in this  folder under their 'Shared With Me' tab.
