Step by Step Guide
- Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
- Go to the MAIN MENU > SETTINGS > DOCUMENTS > DOCUMENTS TYPES
- Select the document you'd like to set up a notification for
- Click 'Edit'
- Check if the 'Expiry Date' field is enabled. If not, simply click to enable.
- Save
- Click 'Add Reminder'
- Enter a title. It is advisable to use a specific title to allow you to distinguish the notification in your inbox
- Specify how many days before expiry the reminder should be sent
- Select the recipient/s
- Save
NOTE: Multiple notifications can be added per document type
