How to set-up notification for expiring documents?

Step by Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
  2. Go to the MAIN MENU > SETTINGS > DOCUMENTS > DOCUMENTS TYPES
  3. Select the document you'd like to set up a notification for
  4. Click 'Edit'
  5. Check if the 'Expiry Date' field is enabled. If not, simply click to enable.
  6. Save
  7. Click 'Add Reminder'
  8. Enter a title. It is advisable to use a specific title to allow you to distinguish the notification in your inbox
  9. Specify how many days before expiry the reminder should be sent
  10. Select the recipient/s
  11. Save

NOTE: Multiple notifications can be added per document type
