  • Select the Date , enter the Holiday Name and click on Save ()

  • Repeat for each public holiday

πŸ“Œ Tip: Ensure holidays are added accurately to avoid miscalculations in leave balances.

If you need to make changes to an existing holiday calendar:

  1. From the Public Holidays section, select the calendar you want to modify.

  2. To edit a holiday:

    • Click the Pencil () icon next to the holiday.

    • Update the date or holiday name as needed.

    • Save the changes.

  3. To delete a holiday:

    • Click the Trash ( ) icon next to the holiday.

    • Confirm the deletion when prompted with the confirmation as seen below.

πŸ“Œ Note: Deleting a holiday immediately removes it from the calendar and can affect employee entitlements.

Once saved, your public holiday calendar will be applied to relevant employees based on their assigned holiday calendar in the system. This ensures accurate leave accruals, calculations, and leave entitlements.

Note:

Only HR Admins can create or modify public holiday calendars.

Always double-check entries before saving to avoid issues with leave calculations.
