Annual Leave: How to Enable/Disable Public Holiday Refund

This article demonstrates how to disable Public Holiday refunds for leaves booked.

 

Note:

This only applies to calendar pattern of annual leave deduction. (Not applicable to working pattern of annual leave deduction.)

 

Requirement:

HR Admin access level

 

Steps:

  1. from the dashboard, Click on Settings.

     

  2. In the settings window, Click the Leave settings.


     

  3. In the leave settings window, Click on Leave types.




     

  4. In the leave types window, Click on the Annual leave you want to edit and click on edit.
    Note that you will see a different list according to what your business has.


     
  5. In the annual leave type edit window, Remove or Add the Check to "deduct public holidays from bookings" according to your need.

    Note that changes will take effect for existing leaves also, the changes will take effect once the backend workflow runs (usually over 24 hours).
