To fully disable system-generated emails and push notifications, the HR Admin must update both Permissions and Preferences settings.
Part A: Disable via Permission Settings:

In the left sidebar, under the Business section, click Settings.

In settings, click on Permissions

Scroll to System Emails Permission and check the box: “Disable system emails to employees.”
Notes

✅ Checked = System emails are disabled
-
⬜️ Unchecked = System emails are enabled
Make sure to check the box only if you intend to disable system emails for employees.

Part B: Disable via Preference Settings:

In the left sidebar, under the Business section, click Settings.
- Go to Preferences > Business.

Click on Notifications (first option).

Uncheck the boxes for:

Enable System Emails
-
Enable Push Notifications

- Click Save to apply the changes.
Once both steps are completed, system emails and push notifications will be fully disabled for employees.
Important
Once system emails are disabled, the platform will no longer be able to send any of the following notifications:

Welcome emails
-
Password reset emails
-
Leave request notifications
-
Expense request notifications
-
Birthday / Anniversary greetings, etc
Please ensure this setting is only applied if you intend to fully deactivate all automated email communications from the platform.
