How to add an employee in an "OPEN" Pay Run

Follow the steps below to add an employee to an open pay run in Yomly.

 

Access Levels Required

Only users with one of the following access levels can perform this action:

  • HR Admin

  • Division Admin

  • Payroll Admin

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Yomly Platform.

  2. Navigate to BUSINESS → Payroll.

     

  3. Locate the desired pay run and click View.



  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click + Add.



  5. Use the Search Bar to find the employee.



  6. Once the employee appears, click + Add Employee.

 

✅ The selected employee will now be added to the open pay run.
