Can I display the office address of my division on employee payslips?

Yes. Although employee payslips display the address of your organization's main branch by default, as a platform admin, you can set a preference from your business settings to display division addresses instead.

The division address of an organizational unit (OU), such as a branch or division, is the address specified in the OU's details in the organization chart.

Do the following:

  1. In the sidebar, in the Business section, click Settings.

  2. Go to the Preferences tab.

  3. Click Business Payroll to expand the section.

  4. Click payslips to view the preferences that you can set.

  5. Select the Use Division Address checkbox.

  6. Click Save.
