Yes. You can update employee details even after generating or completing pay runs and issue payslips with the correct information.
For example, you can reissue old payslips of an employee whose job title was previously missing or saved incorrectly on the platform.
Updates to employee information, including the employee's salary, advances, bank information, and employment details, are automatically imported to open pay runs that the employee is a part of. You can also re-query the employee's data to ensure that your pay run is up-to-date.
Re-querying an employee's data reruns the querying process to import the most recent details and pay component amounts into the pay run.
Ensure that you re-query the employee's data and not the entire pay run to avoid losing other manual updates in the pay run.
If the pay run is already completed, you must reopen it and re-query the employee's information.
The workflow of any pay run depends on whether the payroll group associated with it has a pipeline configured:

If no pipeline is configured, you can perform default pay run actions, such as deleting, re-querying, and completing the pay run, and subsequently, issuing payslips.
To perform an action, click the corresponding action button in the upper-right corner of the generated pay run.

If a pipeline is configured, it governs the workflow of the pay run.
Completing the pay run might involve multiple levels of approval. Depending on how the pipeline is implemented, you might also require additional approval to re-query the pay run and issue payslips.
Instead of action buttons, a drop-down menu with options that represent actions that you can perform in the current stage of the pipeline is displayed in the upper-right corner of the generated pay run.
To perform an action, select the corresponding option from the drop-down menu.
After importing the latest data to the pay run, you can complete it and issue payslips with the correct employee information.
