Introduction
As an HR admin, in Yomly features in which users can provide input, you can make it mandatory for users to enter values in fields of interest. You can do this by configuring mandatory fields from the platform's customization settings.
For example, you can make it mandatory for employees to provide key information in their profile, such as their national ID number, personal phone number, or any other detail. If you configure the fields of interest as mandatory fields, then when editing profile details, employees would be able to save their changes only after entering values in these fields.
Another application of mandatory fields is in recruitment (when creating a job requisition). You can make it mandatory for the employee creating the requisition to provide key details, such as the reason for the requisition, job location, contract type, and more.
