How to assign employees to multiple cost centers?

Step by Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
  2. Go to the MAIN MENU > VIEW
  3. Type the employee's name in the search field
  4. Click 'View' to open the profile
  5. Locate the 'Salary' tab
  6. Click 'Edit Profile'
  7. Select 'Cost Center'
  8. If an employee belongs to multiple cost centers:
    • Click 'Add Cost Center'
    • Select from the dropdown
    • Enter the effectivity date, add an 'Effective to’ date for employees that have changed cost centers
    • Add multiple cost centers and divide the percentage as applicable
    • Ensure that the total percentage is always 100%
  9. Save
