Step by Step Guide
- Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
- Go to the MAIN MENU > SETTINGS > CUSTOMIZATION
- Select 'Templates'
- To add:
- Click 'Add Template'
- Enter the name and select the template type
- Enter a short description
- Create a template either by using the built in editor or by uploading a .docx file
- Use template tags to allow that system to auto populate the employee details. (PRO TIP: To copy template tags, make sure that you click the built in editor option first, then click 'Template Tags'. Then select all applicable tags.)
- Select the audience, if applicable
- Untick 'Auto Approval' to ensure that any letter request will be sent to the HR Admin for review and approval
- Click 'Save & Activate'
- To edit:
- Click the template that needs to be updated
- Click 'Edit Template'
- Make the necessary changes
- Save
- To delete:
- Click the template that needs to be deleted
- Click 'Delete'
