Step by Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
  2. Go to the MAIN MENU > SETTINGS > DOCUMENTS
  3. Select 'Letter Request Types'
  4. To add:
    • Click 'Add Letter Request Type'
    • Give it a title
    • Select the appropriate letter template
  5. To edit:
    • Select the letter request type that needs to be edited
    • Click 'Edit Letter Request Type'
    • Make the necessary changes
    • Save
  6. To delete:
    • Select the letter request type that needs to be deleted
    • Click 'Delete Letter Request Type'
