Step by Step Guide
- Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
- Go to the MAIN MENU > SETTINGS > DOCUMENTS
- Select 'Letter Request Types'
- To add:
- Click 'Add Letter Request Type'
- Give it a title
- Select the appropriate letter template
- To edit:
- Select the letter request type that needs to be edited
- Click 'Edit Letter Request Type'
- Make the necessary changes
- Save
- To delete:
- Select the letter request type that needs to be deleted
- Click 'Delete Letter Request Type'
