Step by Step Guide
- Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
- Go to the MAIN MENU > SETTINGS > PAYROLL
- Select 'Payroll Groups'
- To add:
- Click 'Add Payroll Group'
- Enter the name
- Select the currency
- Select the frequency of payment for this payroll group
- Select the approval pipeline, if applicable
- Enter a code, if any
- Select the pay elements that should be imported in this payroll group (select all that apply)
- If marked as 'Default', any new employee will be defaulted to this group if not changed
- Save
- To edit:
- Select the payroll group that needs to be updated
- Click 'Edit Payroll Group'
- Make the necessary changes
- Save
- To delete
- Select the payroll group that needs to be deleted
- Click 'Delete'
