How to Create a Letter Request Type

This document explains how to create a Letter Request Type

HR Admins would need to create this Letter Request Type with a unique name and point to a specific Letter template for the letter to be displayed

If you have not yet created a Letter template, please click the link for the instructions

Steps

  1. Please go to Settings - Documents - Letter request types - Add Letter Request Type



  2. Assign a Title that would be visible to Staff and assign a Letter template to it and Save



  3. Staff would now be able to raise a Letter Request with the created Letter Type.
