This document explains how to create a Letter Request Type
HR Admins would need to create this Letter Request Type with a unique name and point to a specific Letter template for the letter to be displayed
If you have not yet created a Letter template, please click the link for the instructions
Steps

Please go to Settings - Documents - Letter request types - Add Letter Request Type
- Assign a Title that would be visible to Staff and assign a Letter template to it and Save
- Staff would now be able to raise a Letter Request with the created Letter Type.
