About Yomly

Yomly is a cloud-based platform.

To log on to the web application, you can simply navigate to your business URL using any browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and more.

Yomly is also available as a mobile app, which can be downloaded from both the Google Play Store (for Android) and App store (for iOS). After downloading the app, your first step is entering your business URL.

How to log in to Yomly

  •   As a first-time user, to navigate to the initial login page, you can click the activation link in the welcome email sent to you by your HR team.

    On clicking it, you are redirected to a page on which you can set your password for the first time.

    Basic requirements for your password

    Your password should have:

    • Minimum 8 characters
    • At least 1 upper case letter
    • At least 1 lower case letter
    • Numbers and special characters

    This is similar to other platforms that require password authorization.

    Welcome emails, once sent, are valid only for 48 hours.

  •   As a returning user, you can open your business URL in your browser to navigate to the login page.

About the dashboard

When you log into the platform, the first page you see is your dashboard.

The dashboard compiles and summarizes information from different features of the platform and presents it to you in a simple format. From your dashboard, you can navigate to each of the features to view detailed information.

The dashboard displays the following widgets:

Annual leave widget

This widget displays a snapshot of your used and available annual leave as a doughnut chart.

Your profile widget

This widget indicates how complete your profile is and what actions, such as providing information and uploading documents, are pending.

This widget displays articles posted recently to your organization's Community.

This widget displays important upcoming events, such as public holidays and upcoming leave plans of other employees in your organization.
