Step by Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL (https://businessname.yomly.com)
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. MAIN MENU > LEAVE
  4. Under the 'Bookings'' tab, select the request you want to cancel by clicking 'View'
  5. Click 'Cancel Leave request'

NOTE: This is applicable if you are cancelling a request that is not yet approved. If you would like to cancel an approved request, you need to click 'Request Cancellation' which will go through the standard approval process.
