Step by Step Guide
- Log in to your Yomly account using your dedicated business URL
- Go to the MAIN MENU > TASKS
- Select the 'Documents' tab
- This section also provides sub-tabs such as:
- Missing
- Unapproved
- Expiring in One Month
- Expiring in 3 Months
- To review and approve submitted documents, access the 'Unapproved' sub-tab
- Click the 'Respond' button on the right
- Review the fields, attachment, expiry date (if applicable)
- Click Approve
NOTE: Once a document is approved, it will disappear from the Task list. To learn more about Approvals and Actioning Tasks, check out our Knowledge Hub.
